To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, please take note of the following booking guidelines:
1. Deposit & Payment
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• The remaining balance is payable immediately after your treatment.
• Payments can be made via EFT, card, or cash.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Repeated cancellations may result in restricted future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
• A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
• Arrivals beyond this may incur a R200 late fee or result in a shortened session.
4. General Etiquette
• Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying products before your treatment.
• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times to maintain a peaceful and professional environment.
